Privacy notice
We collect only the information needed to respond to B2B product requests and protect the inquiry inbox with authenticated access.
Information collected
Name, business email, country, optional phone, requested product, quantity, message and page/UTM attribution may be stored when a form is submitted.
Purpose and legal basis
Inquiry data is used to answer product questions, qualify a B2B requirement, prepare a quotation and maintain a record of requested specifications. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention
Unconverted inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on long B2B purchasing cycles, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is needed for a contract, legal obligation or dispute. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, email and technical service providers may process the minimum data needed to operate the site and deliver a response. Cross-border inquiries may be handled by the Wuhan-based business team and relevant supply partners only when needed for the requested quotation.
Cookies and measurement
The current site uses essential session security for the protected admin area and records campaign parameters submitted with an inquiry. Marketing analytics is not activated until a separately reviewed measurement configuration is deployed.
