Define the thermal duty
State cargo, incoming temperature, target set point, ambient range, door-opening frequency and whether the unit must pull product temperature down.
Identify the exact unit
Request container number, manufacture year, CSC plate, cooling-unit serial, refrigerant, operating hours if available and exterior/interior photos.
Review condition and hygiene
Inspect T-floor, drains, insulation panels, door gaskets, corrosion, odor and repair history for the intended cargo.
