Describe the operating duty before naming a model
Provide the maximum normal load, load dimensions and center, target lift height, routes, clear aisle and overhead limits, ramps, floor, temperature, shift hours and charging opportunities. This lets suppliers test whether the requested capacity and chassis fit the job.
Lock the technical response fields
Ask each bidder to state rated and residual capacity for the quoted mast and attachment, mast type, free lift and lowered height, battery chemistry, voltage and amp-hour rating, charger input, drive and lift system details, tires, forks and attachments.
Separate price and delivery scope
