Reefer Container PTI and CSC Document Checklist
Understand which unit identities, safety plates, pre-trip tests, temperature records and condition photos to request.
Match the exact container and cooling-unit serials to the CSC plate, PTI report, running test and photo set. Generic certificates or sample reports do not prove the condition of the unit offered.
Match identities
The container number, cooling-unit model and serial must be readable and consistent across quotation, photos, PTI and dispatch record.
Review CSC status
Check the approval plate and current examination/ACEP status applicable to transport plans.
Review the PTI scope
Confirm test date, technician or facility, alarms, sensors, compressor, fans, heaters, defrost and temperature performance.
Record handover condition
Use time-stamped exterior, interior, door, floor, refrigeration-unit and running-display photos before collection.

Does a successful PTI guarantee future performance?
