Determine the real role
Separate manufacturer, trading company, brand owner, subcontractor and platform operator. Record who makes, inspects and warrants the product.
Test product capability
Request model-specific sheets, drawings, current factory/QC media, sample or pilot-order evidence and document copies for the exact scope.
Control the first transaction
Use a small order, written acceptance criteria, inspection gate, controlled payment milestones and defect/remedy terms.
